- Choose for your PowerPoint presentation the right information, include only necessary data
- Presentation slides should be self evident
- Don't overcrowd the PowerPoint slides with text or data
- Practice your presentation
- Speak comfortably and clearly, talk to your audience
- Enjoy your presentation

- Sequence your PowerPoint presentation
- Graduate the presentation content until the main point of the presentation (emphasis)
- Present information graphically, but no more than two graphs per PowerPoint slide
- Graphs should show not much detail
Effective Presentation - Layout
- Use professional PowerPoint templates to get well identified by your corporate clients
- Avoid default Microsoft office templates
- Limit use of colors (stick to your corporate identity)
- Don't use more than two different fonts per PowerPoint slide
- Use the same group of fonts allover the presentation
- Words written in capital letters are hard to read
- Use system fonts
- If your PowerPoint presentation is supposed to be used for printouts avoid dark backgrounds
